Director’s Titanic find: ‘Christ’s coffin’
The findings of a controversial documentary claiming that a cave found 26 years ago in Jerusalem held the remains of Jesus Christ have been unveiled in New York.
The documentary, titled The Burial Cave of Jesus, follows years of research by world-renowned archaeologists and experts in ancient scripts, according to the film’s producers.
The 2000-year-old cave was first discovered in 1980 in Jerusalem’s Talpiyot neighbourhood.
It contained 10 coffins, six of which bore inscriptions which – translated into English – included the names “Jesus son of Joseph,” twice “Maria”, and “Judah son of Jesus.” Continue reading

“History tells us that torture and murder are considered acceptable if the perpetrators are white and the victims aren’t. The population of American Indians was decimated from an estimated 15 million before European occupation to 200,000 in 1890. Simply put, they were murdered. They were shot and scalped and infected with disease. Millions of Africans taken into slavery in Africa perished before reaching the western hemisphere where they faced the prospect of being the property of Dr. Sims and his ilk.”
“The same sickness that permitted slaves to be the subject of cruel experiments puts foster children in the same danger. From 1988 to 2001, 465 children in New York City’s foster care system were subjected to experiments with AZT and other toxic HIV drugs.
The state acting in loco parentis, gave itself permission to test drugs on children as young as six months of age. Fifteen percent of the children died, but it is unclear if they died because of the effects of HIV or from side effects of the medications they were given.” Continue reading

Saint Catherine’s Monastery, Mount Sinai
St. Catherine’s Monastery possesses some of the earliest icons in existence, including this 6th-century hot wax icon.The monastery was built by order of Emperor Justinian I between 527 and 565, enclosing the Chapel of the Burning Bush ordered built by Helena, the mother of Constantine I, at the site where Moses is supposed to have seen the burning bush; the living bush on the grounds is purportedly the original. The site is sacred to three major world religions – Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

According to a document in the possession of the monastery purportedly signed by Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) himself, Prophet Mohammed(pbuh) gave his protection to the monastery after it granted, at some point, political asylum to Prophet Mohammed(pbuh) from his enemies. For this reason, and because a Fatimid mosque was built within the walls of the monastery, the monastery survived Islamic dominance of the region over many centuries. The mosque is sealed and has never been used, since it is oriented incorrectly with Mecca.

Antiquities Authority hid discovery of Islamic site at Mugrabi – AAP
The Israel Antiquities Authority said that what could be an Islamic prayer room was found at the site of the Mugrabi ramp in the Old City of Jerusalem, where excavation work has sparked angry protests by Muslims who say the work endangers the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Muslim leaders and critics of the digging said the announcement of the find, three years after it was discovered, confirmed their fears that the Antiquities Authority is intent on hiding Muslim attachment to the site.
