Real Revolution?

The situation in Syria has not progressed beyond U.N observership.
Unlike Libya, Egypt, Tunisia could the situation in Syria in fact be a genuine revolution?
Its just seems odd that those “other” revolutions receive media coverage and armed support while in Syria enclaves of people being wiped out get a “please show restraint” request.
Sounds like the uprising in Syria could be genuine. Just a thought.
