Imli ki Chutney (Tamarind Dip)

3     tablespoons tamarind (imli) paste
2-3   – green chillies
2-3   – garlic cloves
1\4   teaspoon black pepper
1\2   teaspoon cumin
1     small Onion
1\2   teaspoon salt
1 1\2 cups fresh coriander leaves

How to Prepare:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend the ingredients to a smooth paste, about 3-5 minutes.
2. It is now ready to be served with Nan, Samoosa, Dahi Baray or Pakora…..TOO EASY
